The Clubhouse, pitch one and changing rooms are at Newport International Sports Village, Spytty Park, Newport (Multimap). There is a direct bus service from Newport bus station. For pitch two (Rougemont School) see the directions below (Multimap).
To get to Spytty Park from Junction 24 of the M4, take the A455 (Southern Distributor Road) towards Newport Industrial Area. Follow the signs for Newport Stadium or the Velodrome. After passing Newport Stadium on your left, turn left at Carcraft, down Langland Way and turn left in towards the stadium car park. Just before the car park, turn right towards the Velodrome and then immediately right again. You should see the Clubhouse, the pitch and the car park.
From Junction 28 of the M4, take the A48 towards Newport. At the next roundabout take the A4042 (Southern Distributor Road). After the road crosses the river, take the slip-road on the left and turn right at the traffic lights and go straight across the junction with the SDR and along Corporation Road. Then take the next left into Oxwich Road. As Oxwich Road becomes Langland Way and turns left, take the next right towards the stadium car park. Just before the car park, turn right towards the Velodrome and then immediately right again. You should then be there.
On leaving the Club retrace your steps and turn left on to Langland Way follow the road right along Oxwich Road. At the T junction turn right on to Corporation Road. At the traffic lights, turn left for Junction 28 of the M4 (towards Cardiff) or turn right for Junction 24 of the M4 (towards Bristol).
From Junction 26 of the M4 take the A4051 towards Cwmbran. After just over a mile, before the roundabout, turn left into the school grounds, it is clearly signposted.
From Junction 25A of the M4 take the slip road over the river bridge. At the roundabout turn right towards Cwmbran. After just over one mile you come to a roundabout, take the first exit. At the next roundabout take the first exit towards Newport. Immediately move over to the right hand lane and turn right to come back on yourself on the dual carriageway. Immediately turn left into the school grounds.
